State and Federal legislation affects your business and we realize that it's a real reason for your considerations about establishing a relationship with our company. With this in mind, we offer continual monitoring of such legislation and work with you to predict how it might affect what we do and how we can prepare for future compliance.

This process of ours is simple, but also the most labor-intensive of all. It involves our ongoing education regarding all areas relevant to our industry. It requires the ability to listen, research and ponder about what the future holds for our company and our clients. It demands that we pay attention to what inventors, policy makers, environmental groups, governments and corporations are doing. Thankfully, Intercon Solutions is made up of people that don't consider this kind of stuff "work" and think that there's value involved with staying ahead of the curve.

Intercon makes it standard practice to assign a primary point of contact and support communications with clients through our team effort. Generally, our belief is that constant communication with our clients and each other is essential. Indeed, part of our Operating Methodology states that "We will go beyond what is necessary and strive to predict what will be necessary in the future by consistently analyzing our own practices, maintaining certifications, communicating constantly with leaders both within and outside of the recycling industry and focusing on our customers." Our basic philosophy has been that "We will refrain from committing in a direction completely based on what we think is the right direction instead of listening to our customers and catering to our customers' needs."

As legislation decides what our customers will need to accomplish, they will concurrently be deciding how to best meet new expectations. In turn, because Intercon Solutions keeps a flexible mindset without preconceived notions regarding the best way to do things, we will be prepared to commit our efforts toward our customers' directions rather than toward our own and that, we hope, will make all of the difference.
